Feeling very bad for you to have to smell that juicy monster all day. Hope you didn’t have to stand there and pull it all off as well. Looks delicious. Is it lunch time yet???
How did you cook it and how long .over a pit? Smoker?
It was for a business meeting and I have to admit we hired a smoking crew. Smoker sat outside the windows of the meeting room causing me and everyone else to drool all day long. Have to say it was not as good as when I have smoked butt with a thick bark. It was a bit larger than the pigs we normally get. I also thought an apple was a must but I guess they missed that detail. One of these days I plan to stop working so hard and build a smoker of my own and pratice the art of smoking.
