Most will think I am crazy, heck I think I may be a little lol. This weekend has been tough, seen very few birds and had a lot of nasty weather. I have been skipping around glassing fields to scout turkeys. Come in around 3:45 and my uncle comes in the door says bring your binoculars and lets take a ride. Im just blowing the whole thing off. He says there is something in this corn field up here and its big. Again i just overlook the excitement. We go past the field and i see nothing then i notice the cattle are going nuts in the adjacent pasture. Look back at the jay field next to the corn and there it is, a big tan cat. A BIG TAN CAT. German shepherd size or so. Watch it then it goes into the woods. This is metcalfe co ky, could it possibly be?

I can’t believe this thread hasn’t blown up. I’ll hype it up a bit. Yes, yes, you saw a Mt. Lion. Had a resource officer tell me there is a breeding population in that area.

I have never seen a Mt. Lion or a Cougar. We only have Black Panthers in Alabama.
