Just to pass on to everyone. The last part of the question about outlawing hunting was added to generate more responses. The question posed just from the top half only targeted the hunters in the area. The last was posed to get more than hunter involvment.
The man behind the question is my B-N-L, we have hunted together for over 15 years.
He was only taken one so far this year, but has killed 2 each year for the last 8.
You won't find one more dedicated to hunting or our deer herd.

  4. I think that is a load of "CRAP"

I put in a response. I detest this sort of crap (adding the "barbaric" statement just to stir the pot), but now that it's out there hunters need to respond lest the antis end up sounding like they're the majority.

IMO, there's enough news out there that papers shouldn't have to manufacture it through stunts like this.

Its probably some freaking tree hugger again. If they outlaw hunting what are we saying about Kentuckys tradition that has been passed down since Daniel Boone first stepped foot on our great state?

Sorry I haven't responded to these. I have been on Vacation since I posted.
I saw the other thread also about the responses to the Opinion article.
That was what my B-N-L wanted. He wanted to see a strong "hunter" response to this. He wanted hunters to speak their minds and show the true hunter support in Kentucky.

I questioned him also on the last part as soon a I saw it. I thought the same thing you all felt.
He told me he wanted it in to get the hunter responses. This wasn't news but opinions.

He was very pleased with the responses and the people he got to talk to.
