First try on a Pork Loin cut in two pieces. Absolutely Edible. Matter fact, really good. but I have a long way to go with the new smoker.
My fancy hi tech dual probe thermometers arrived in the mailbox after this one was done.

    Heres my new smoker.

I need one of them so I can cook and watch tv at same time.

Actually you can cook and do whatever you want to since once you get it regulated you can check back in every couple hours to add more chips ar chunks of wood then show up and EAT.
I have just got my new cooking ptobe set, and now you don't need to even take the lid off to check how its doing.
I used to get so smoked up and aggravated with cooking with a wood fire, i would lose my appetite time i was done.
