Spent 2 hours today checking 2 different parts of Jefferson county. I spot has been producing some blacks the past 2 weeks and the other always produces lots of grey and yellows. Nothing at either spot.
Sure nuff. I got dogs and chickens and the wife and daughters got 3 cats plus feed about 5 more in the neighborhood

Was moving some old hay and found these mushrooms are they edible by chance, there's a lot of them

I know some people that live in letcher that were finding them 3 weeks ago. Not so much in knott. So maybe it will pick up here soon
Found 3 more this morning before it started spitting the snow. I have walked more miles thus year than I ever have and have only found around a dozen all season
Finally broke the jinx! I squashed a couple on a really hard, hard fall. Good news is nothing is broke, and the 1911 condition one stayed true, as always.
