In my traditionals I shoot PRB's in some. My .54 renegade is scary accurate with my own cast PRB's over 90gr 2f goex homemade lube and patch.. It also likes plains bullets and maxi balls over a felt wad. I have a maxi hunter mold that I shoot in a cheap cva .50 that's a loaner/kids gun but is really, really accurate with the load Ive cooked up..
lately Ive been shooting barnes XPB's in a crushed rib sabot in my encore..Ive also been testing some cast .454 bullets in various sizes.

100 grains volume of BH209, harvester short black crushed rib sabot, 250 grain shockwave in TC Encore. Extremely accurate and consistent. Black Horn is good stuff

Barnes expander are the best imo...goodluck..just never ever use a solid lead bullet,I had a bad experience with em..I know people use the,but never again.and these were soft lead by the way, from knight...looked liked a 50 cent piece when recoverd..only went about 10 inches..but there are some good lead ones, just not these..lol
