Or should I wait a week..

I was going to plant my sunn hemp strips today but looking like a possible freeze this weekend.. Would you wait a week or get it in the ground? It's supposed to warm right back up by Monday.. I don't think it will hurt to plant.

    What say ye?

And my thought is it's dry enough and we are supposed to get rain and I will have to wait for it to dry again.

I already have the strips plowed so just need to broadcast and drag.

Planted four strips two of them are about 100yds long and 20' wide , another is about 300 yds long 20' wide and curves around edge of lower field, the fourth one is also about 100yds wide by 20' and right behind the house.. Sunn hemp grow fairly quick so as soon as soon as it warms up it should sprout.

It's a legume that grows up to 6- 7' high make a great cover crop or wildlife screen , fixes nitrogen into the soil like clover or soybean... I am using as a screen around my soybean plots.
