Anyone? Would like to stay in the $200 range. Thanks.
I have a Garmin summit HC that is about 10 years old and it still works great. If you buy a new one, make sure it can accept a memory card. You'll be glad you did.
Me and my brother use a Garmin 62st with chips for Kentucky, Montana, Colorado and Wyoming. Its available for around $200 refurbished online. The chips are extra. It works flawlessly. I like actual buttons instead of a touch screen. Can't use a touch screen with gloves on.
I have the Garmin Dakota 20. I paid @200 for it, with a deal on OPTICSPLANET I think. I really like it.
I actually use my IPhone, I downloaded an app from Trimble (formally Cabelas), cost about five bucks. They offer a map membership that cost but I do it free. I have to download a offline map of my area first but that allows me to work with no data or cell phone signal. Works good for me.
