According to the reports Caster has hyperandrogenism which causes her to have incredibly high testosterone levels for being a biologocal female.
The other ways females can have levels like that are having gonads (internal or external) and i think pcos, and also by taking steroids.

What would you guys do if you were on the athletic commission--about women like Caster?

Oh.....yeah I’d politely tell “it” to seek immediate psychiatric help so as to get to the root cause of “it’s” dysphoria.

Well kinda depends on if the information is correct. She isnt taking roids and she does believe she is a woman and she doesnt have gonads.
But she does have a condition which probably gives her a higher T count than you--or at least almost all other women.
Women have Testosterone counts just like men do and they vary.
So while its naturally occurring for her its a very complex issue of fairness.

Is it right to ask her to do something about it or do we just call her the secretariat of womens running?

Women in upper level sports having naturally high testosterone counts is very common compared to the general population. Something like 7 out of 1000 athletes.

Ok. I read the article. They didn’t remotely explain how this thing had such extremely elevated levels of testosterone. That’s a man baby. No way it should be competing against women. There’s a reason the governing body is so skeptical.
