Skipjack running at Barkley/Kentucky Dams?

    What do you guys do with the Skipjacks? I pickled some last year and were pretty good.

    You can eat anything if you are hungry enough I guess. I would need to be pretty darn hungry to target a skipjack when there are other fish to be et.

    A sabiki rig or two white curly tails on jig heads (two on the same line about 18" apart) reeled as fast as you can reel them will catch them if they are there. Below KY and Barkley I have had more trouble catching them the last three years or so than ever before.
