    IMG_0213.JPG Met some friends and headed down to West Texas last weekend. Hunting was tough, not much gobbling going on, but we all managed to tag a bird. Very different country out there. Lots of everything; space, turkey, deer and other assorted critters.

    Looks a lot like an eastern. How do you tell the difference. Aside from the fact that you killed it in west Texas.

    Congrats. Have always wanted to check Texas out. But thats one of the few states i have never visited. Good looking bird!

    The tips of the tail feathers are much lighter on the Rio.
