Last question and then I'll quit bothering you. How was the recoil? I'm currently shooting an 870 12 gauge, 3". I was wondering if there was a significant reduction in recoil with the 20.

Thanks. I might check back with you later on and see how the TSS loads do. I would love to get lucky and have it shoot true to POA and forego the sight.

Have you had a chance to shoot your 870 20 gauge? I am considering picking up one at Whittakers and would like to know your impressions of the setup and how it patterned at 40. I am a little concerned if such an inexpensive sight can withstand the recoil of turkey gun. Thanks.

Pentail saw your post on the TSS 20 ga. #9 shot. I shot the grandsons gun yesterday and at 26 yds it was awesome ,but at 40 it had a few holes in pattern.How would u compare the Tightwad to the others you mentioned?

PT, I saw your post on FB but I’m in a 30 day timeout, again. I can look but not post. Anyway, I have a couple right wing feather choppers you can borrow anytime. It’s kind of a pain with turkey feathers that haven’t been processed on a feather grinder but not impossible.
