Back in for the afternoon. Put out 100 pounds of corn yesterday about 4....about 10 pounds left. Gotta invest in a feeder

Get a piece of culvert pipe and make a gravity feeder for about $20.

On the plus side though my sister saw a giant this morning. She moved her Millenium and he didn’t return this evening.

Couldn't be happier, ended up with an old warrior of a buck. Both ears split to pieces, hooves busted to pieces, and looking for a fight. I didn't have hanging scales but he is definitely one of the heavier bucks I've ever killed. I always push myself to try and harvest a mature animal without a lot of emphasis on the horns. This year has been a grind for me, as it has for several more on here I know. Good luck to everyone else in getting yours.

Got to witness top tier rut action today. Chasing and just non stop movement. Every single one of them world class creatures. Heavy. Only problem is I’m talking about squirrels. Brother and I both got skunked today. Terrible

Sat all day. Saw a small buck chase a doe around 1:00 then a few more does at 4:00. I'm beat. Sat all day twice and it wears me out. I'm skipping tomorrow. Back to the bow.

Well the same two I passed on this morning hoping they’d walk toward my great nephew came through this afternoon and they didn’t get a pass this time. Got my first handgun kill on Wednesday and got handgun kills 2 and 3 this afternoon. X has deer meat this year!
