Pap has hunted hard; going when he could in between his and moms dr appt. he passed deer bigger than this in rifle but he said that was ok. Glad he got one

Killed his first deer ever on dec 17 in 2017 as well. And was wearing the same toboggan 😂

After missing the opportunity on a nice 12 point when my new contender 357 maximum barrel failed to fire. I took the tried and true 7-30 Waters out the next day. Had these three walk down the creek below my blind set up. Shot the first one and the other two just started to mill around feeding. Almost like shooting Buffalo in the old days.
