When my buddy first built the 6.5x.284 I have, we went to South Dakota and hunted em. Lots of shooting. I took the 6.5x284, my 06, and my RUM. Shot over 5-600 rounds total. It was thru an outfitter here is a link. I think when we went in the early 2000s it was like 300 a day, it's more now.
