The search function on our forum is a powerful tool. There are hundreds if not thousands of threads discussing the public hunting areas of Kentucky and various counties.
You may find a lot more information in those threads than you will receive by asking the same questions that are answered right before deer season seemingly every year.
If you still can not find your answer, by all means post up the question. I have just been noticing a lot of questions from out of state hunters going unanswered as of late.
