That BMI is BULL. I'm 185 and in similar shape, doc said to get bmi in standard I would need to lose 10-15 pounds. I said I don't wanna look like Barney Fife. Sorry.
I feel pretty good for 48. I know I have lost a lot of strength and muscle mass being a desk jockey for 6 years. But for everyday living I can do just about anything I want with no fear of injury....knock on wood. I am sure it's only a matter of time before I try something and my body disagrees

LOL! When I first saw that picture I thought the HOLe had finally posted a picture of it's chest!
BMI, in my case, would have me looking like an Auschwitz POW. After finally getting my weight down with some serious dieting many years ago, I can still get into a pair of golf pants I bought in the 70's when I was in pretty good shape. The trouble with losing a lot of weight is all that extra skin is still with me and looks like a pile of shriveled prunes. 😜

I think I learned about this site in 2003 Lake Barkley blind draw and lurked for a year or more before joining. Back when I had dialup. Majority who posted back then are long gone.

I joined in 2011. A former mod banned me 5 years ago, because he could. I got a reprieve.
