Found a can of jack mackerel at the back of the pantry with a 2012 sell by date.... I like to.live risky!!! Fried up some patties, topped 'em with homemade remoulade, heated up some home canned green beans with a good dollop of bacon grease & some chicken stock, and fixed up a box of cheap wild rice & orzo mix. Made a da** fine supper, if I do say so! (Cornbread woulda been a nice addition but I'm under doctors orders to at least try to eat healthy....)

You use your pizza dough for bread sticks?
Yep, the fermented dough is great for breadsticks!

Dough pressed into a 1/4 sheet pan with a good coating of evoo. Brush it with a couple tablespoons of garlic butter then cut into sticks, cover and left it double. Then top it with parm, mozz and a little Italian seasoning if you like. 450° bottom rack for around 10 minutes.
