Looks good to me. That's my kinda eatin right thereFound a can of jack mackerel at the back of the pantry with a 2012 sell by date.... I like to.live risky!!! Fried up some patties, topped 'em with homemade remoulade, heated up some home canned green beans with a good dollop of bacon grease & some chicken stock, and fixed up a box of cheap wild rice & orzo mix. Made a da** fine supper, if I do say so! (Cornbread woulda been a nice addition but I'm under doctors orders to at least try to eat healthy....)
