its hard to lose weight, whether your a smaller person or a larger person. by that i mean taller/short, or even heavy/light boned. by heavy boned some are just more dense than others.
Some babies, though, on the outside are the same, just weight less. pick up one baby, they are heavy, pick up the one next, looks the same size, they are light. losing weight is still the same though, tough.
anyone that can lose too much weight, i respect them.

I lost 60 lbs last year in about 7 months or about 2 lbs per week on average. The weight went pretty quickly to start with and then became progressively harder and harder. The real challenge is to keep the weight off. I know if I go back to my night time snacking habits I'll balloon back up again. I definitely feel better and can walk the hills at LBL a lot easier. Good luck to anyone who is trying to lose some pounds. You can do it.

edit: to change month to week

It’s really not hard to lose weight, you just have to take a proper steps. Personal trainer and a dietician to point you in the right direction makes a HUGE difference

I’ve been doing around 5 miles per day on an elliptical for a good while now. I drink a beer or two but don’t drink much pop and don’t each much sweets. However, I am a big eater. I can promise diet is pretty important or I’d be losing serious weight. Besides riding the elliptical, I walk on my job as much as I can and walk my dogs. I’m in the 7-9 mpd range right now. Basically losing no weight. As long as I feel good, that’s good enough and I do feel better and sleep better when I exercise. Now, as far as dropping weight. I’ve always weighed way more than people think. Must have some big organs (or testicles ) because when I tell people what I weigh, they are like, “No way!” Anyway, I’d like to lose about 30 just for my joints and feet to feel better. Hopefully, if I remain consistent and work on my eating habits I can drop a few.
