After 12 years of having a extremely physical job I gained 60 lbs in 3 months, when i got a desk job ten years ago. I lost 40 lbs rehabbing a house in 6-8 weeks but gained it all back within 2 mo. Physical labor (and long hours) does it for me and i do enjoy the strength and stamina that comes with it.
Shining a seat with your arse makes it difficult to stay in shape.

I lost I think 70 lbs in 2019 and lost even more when I was sick back Easter last year. Low carb diet. Went from 320 to 248. Still drank my share of Busch lite. I’ve gained 28 of it back so I’ve been back on it for little over a month now and think I’ve lost 10.

its hard to lose weight, whether your a smaller person or a larger person. by that i mean taller/short, or even heavy/light boned. by heavy boned some are just more dense than others.
Some babies, though, on the outside are the same, just weight less. pick up one baby, they are heavy, pick up the one next, looks the same size, they are light. losing weight is still the same though, tough.
anyone that can lose too much weight, i respect them.

My babies will throw your back out if you ain’t ready for it.

i worked at places, where lunch was at micky d's, or any of those fast food places. that puts the pounds on too fast. i can pinch 1/2 an inch., but at my size, thats too much.
