If that "doctor" is referring to the Tuskegee debacle as ethical in the least then she needs a straight jacket and rubber padded room. More changing of the definition to meet their needs. Sacrifice is something you willingly do, aware of the consequences. Being tricked or coerced into something that causes you or yours harm is criminal and usually called torture, abuse, human rights violations, etc....
