China has pulled out of climate talks with the US but doing that also means they are pulling out from all the talks all over the world. China is the #1 polluter in the world. China generates around 30% of all global emissions and now they are not doing anything to help while at the SAME TIME the US is pouring in ANOTHER $400 Billion in climate change.
