Hahahaha. Unions are antiquated communist organizations that enrich the business agents and protect the wildly incompetent. I have no doubt you fully embrace unions 🤣. No surprise whatsoever.
Little Eddy Trust-Cath just keep quiet, you will never know what you are talking about.

But thanks for reminding everyone again.

🤣Typical crackhead response. You should smoke more meth than usual so we can all have a good laugh.

I voted for one Democrat once...Jimmy Carter. The first time and last time I did that. Wasn't a big fan of 20% plus prime interest rates. The choice back in '76 was Gerald Ford. LOL However, I voted Libertarian instead of for Mitt "Magic Holy Mormon Underwear guy" Romney. In the end, the Libertarian guy I voted for wound up being insane.

I was a registered Democrat since 1975--I just never voted for them, except for Wendell Ford. He was a really good guy. Changed parties in 2019. My parents were registered Democrats since the FDR days. Dad changed that in 2019 and he was big in the Democrat party back in the day. He says the Democrats have lost their minds. They've lost more than that...their souls, unless they repent.
Carter was the only Dem president i ever voted for. My bad i was 18 and dumb. Wendall Ford was probably the last dem I ever voted for I thought he thought like me but he was just a POS that voted for what ever got him elected again. He was a committed leftist after he got out of office until he died.

The fact is, unions are a good thing when they are done right, but like everything humans are involved in, they can, and have, been corrupted. They no longer function as they did many years ago, and now it's all about power and money for the head honchos. I was in a union for 20 years and when we needed them, they were nowhere to be found. They spent the money having "conventions" in gambling resorts.

I remember when the union miners were on strike at Sidney in Pike County when I was a kid. They shot and killed a man driving a coal truck on Bent Mountain I believe. May have been Cobern Mountain. Anyway, he was murdered. I wore a hat in high school that said ā€œPittson and proud of itā€ when that strike was going on. My dad worked over 40 years at Martin County Coal for Massey as superintendent of underground mines. He started his mining career shoveling the belt and setting cap wedges. He can tell some good stories about unions, mine inspectors, both federal and state. He’s very much anti union.

Bottom line is unions are Union, as in the Soviet union. I actually got my start in a union and I progressed faster than unions would allow. I went from laborer, to operator, to foreman in five years.

Meanwhile I had two different unions fighting the company I worked for to no end. If I had stayed a laborer I would still be a laborer, I am but I control itšŸ˜‰.

If I had of stayed an operator I would still be an operator, yeah kinda bypassed that although I still operate. I would have been controlled from start to finish, zero opportunity because I’m not a suck ass.

I work with union outfits occasionally now and have a lot, while they offer generally a qualified workforce thats sober, you can see the slackers that get paid same amount as go getters.

Problem with this country is dumbing down, codified workforce. No one knows how embarrassing being fired is any longer and unions delivered that for sure.

I’ve also busted strikes. Over 119 men and subcontractors in some of the most notorious places in Ky. Never had any problems at all at picket lines but they would throw rocks and shit at shop and vehicles in parking lots after hours.
