Honduras in the caravan are suing the United States, President Trump and the DHS over "THEIR" constitutional rights.

These people are NOT ever on US soil, they ARE inside Mexico, they are NOT US citizens, but they say they have constitutional rights

When a United States citizen sets foot OUTSIDE the United States that person does NOT have any constitutional rights. It only covers people INSIDE the US.

Unfortunately the SCOTUS ruled that asylum seekers are covered by due process clause so until that is fixed by a new ruling it is what is is. I have zero problem with that anyway. My issue isn’t with immigrants who show up, knock on the door and say here I am can I please come in? My problem is the ones who don’t check in.
