I think the problem is no way in hell the DNC’s state Gestapo the US Attorney General and the inJustice Department will lift a finger to investigate, let alone bring indictments before a federal grand jury. The ‘rat controlled US Senate sure as hell wouldn’t vote to convict even if House leaders had a big enough sack to use the alternative to indictments, impeachment, which it appears they don’t. Like Savannah in Kentucky it seems the biggest swinging sack in DC belongs to a woman, MTG.

even if they did charge, they won’t win. No intent and it will be in DC. So even if they do win technically , they won’t convict a democrat. Sad. And you are right about MTG… 120 can be envious of her in his circle jerk!
