What do you guys do with your fish. My freezer stays full of crappie so I don’t really want to eat carp or gar. I’ve ready gar can be good tho. Talked to a bunch of people who just throw everything away. I’ll kinda feel bad

I know Asians carp and buffaloes are invasive. Can you tell me why to kill gar and commons. Tomorrow I feel like gar will be the easiest thing to try to go after

You generally won't have to "kill" them after you land em, if you'd rather not. Something about an arrow thru their midsection shortens the life expectancy substantially. Gar are liable to survive if shot behind the ribs, fwiw.
