Out of State License

If I remember right, Virginia will let land owners and their family use land owner tags, on their parcel of land, even if the primary residence is out of state. Which in my opinion should be how it is everywhere.

Did KY , or some state, at one time, charge , whatever , the home of the residents state charged , for non residents. I know its not like that now, and i dont really see how they would have kept up with it anyway. But for some reason, i want to think it was Ky, or could have been another state, i hunted did it. I may be completely wrong, but thinking it was like that, at one time.

Tell that to Iowa. I’d scratch enough nickels together tomorrow to buy land out there if they’d give out of state landowners a tag.

Wow that’s pretty good. Most states consider landowner tags and licenses to be used by landowner, landowner’s spouse and children that live at home and still supported by parent/parents.

I been hunting, a long, long time, and they probably didnt do it, i was pretty sure somebody did, was thinking KY, but maybe not, probably one of these states, these guys have mentioned
