What are you all using? Brand/wattage?

Been shopping around in the 250-500w range. Something I can recharge with a foldable 60w solar panel. Run the basics around camp when a generator isn't practical.

Inverter will run a coffee maker. You can get a cheap one under $100 that will do that.
hell lil rocket burner will make ya coffee and I've used one on a ten day elk hunt. Cooked breakfast every morning and prep'd hot water for mountain house meals at night. I think I burned 2 of the lil tanks in that time.

Yeah they're not very practical for making coffee...but you can do that with a camp fire. Being able to recharge phones, AA/AAA batteries, lights, etc make them pretty handy on a multi day trip. Sure a 2000w one would be nice but I'd rather have one I can charge 80%-100% every day with a lightweight solar panel. Seems much more efficient at least imo.
