Looking for a new range finder one that will do 1000yrds most say they will but only go out so far on metallic objects.

Range finding binos are the way to go. Have had Leica since they came out 20 yrs ago. Got my boys Vortex. One thing to use vs two.

Check out the Maven RF1. Im trying to convince myself to spend the money. I will before fall of next year.

I haven't used one, but darn hard to beat the Vortex Warrenty! I had a really good experience with leupold as well.

I really loved my Sig. I gave it to mom and have a Bushnell now. I don’t trust it, I hate it and their warranty/service is awful. I’m getting another Sig after this.

Something else to consider. Make sure it has an illuminated display. The Leupold I currently have doesn’t. It’s hard to see the readout in lowlight.

This. I had a bushnell(non illuminated), leupold(illuminated), and now a vortex(non illuminated). My next one will be illuminated without a doubt. Wish I had never sold that Leupold. Don’t know what I was thinking.

Thanks I have a 15 yr old Bushnell still works great but doesn't have the range i need, the binoculars all in one sound like what I need but my wife would skin me alive if I bought them.
Might look at the Bushnell and see if there's any good black Friday sales.
