I have an Armasight with an extra "Streamlight TLR 1" infrared light. If it's a moonlit night, you don't need the extra one, BUT when its BlackDark it will light up the whole country.
Shows no appreciable light, just a faint red glow right in front of it.

Maybe it will, maybe it won't. NV isn't near as Draining on batteries as Thermal. Maybe you could find someone that Owns one and go Look Through it some night. That's what I did and I ordered my scope the next day.
I have seen my neighbor's kid waste at least $1500 on cheap crap for $300 every time he went to a Gun show. He still doesn't have one that's "OK."
A very powerful IR emitter makes all the difference in NV.

I’ve got an ATN 4k Pro. Once I upgraded to the IR pro illuminator it was quite literally daylight and dark on how much better I could see. As for battery life, it seemingly runs forever before needing charged. Wish I could offer more insight on the wraith. But I’m sure the illuminator would be the biggest factor in view.

Well I placed my order earlier today so time will tell. I’m gonna try out the IR light that comes with it and most likely upgrade in the near future. Gonna save up a few more dollars before buying a good light

You will be greatly disappointed with the light it comes with. You will do good to see 150 yards. Don't judge the scope performance based on using the factory light. Let us know what you think after you get the better light. I will warn you, using a digital scope is different. I don't really care for it in daylight use. Nighttime yote hunting it is the bomb.

Yeah I’ve read and watched a bunch of reviews and basically all agree need to upgrade the light so I will sometime soon. I will play with the factory light for a bit to figure out how to use it, I’ve never played with night vision. I’ve done some night time yote hunting before with a spotlight. My stands have a much higher success rate at night at calling them in, but my kill rate not as good lol hopefully this will help that

I've looked at nv for awhile. Looks like a decent cheap way to get my foot in the door. Plus it's Christmas time!! God bless us every one 😇
