Not even close. You still have the option of cash. The government doesn’t know your every step as long as cash is in play. When digital currency is the only option you are a prisoner to the master. Every single cent you have runs through them. They can tell you what to spend it on or punish you for any action they don’t agree with. It goes much deeper than you realize.

Exactly what WW said. They will want to know every transaction to the penny. Loan your brother $500 they want to know. Had a yard sale, made $250 they wanna know. Working under the table doing side jobs, etc,,,. As long as silver and gold are still legal in their reset world, you might get around this crap.

Data is the currency………keep your eye on the $$ “THEY” don’t care about your $$. They will and already do in a lot of cases control us with the data.

Sure they are tracking us. That’s still not the danger that’s will come with digital currency. At this point they can tell where you go. They know what product you look at. They still can’t control what you use your money for or know where every cent goes.
Now they can’t force you to spend it or take it for what they want. When it’s all digital and you aren’t green enough for them guess what? They can just fine you from your digital account. If you aren’t spending enough to stimulate the economy they can just take it and give it to those that will. Did you buy too much gas, steak, or ammunition? The days of private gun sales are done as well. They can lock you down once your allotted amount is reached on anything. We already witnessed the government punishing conservatives. You think that will not get worse?
And now you can give your kids cash as you get to your golden years so the government can’t get it. You can work side jobs for cash to supplement your social security without them knowing. Okay, maybe this isn’t exactly the “proper” way but it shows how much the government has their nose in your business that people try to get ahead just a little without uncle Sugar taking much of it.

Social dilemma.
As long as they are printing the cash and contriving the central bank none of that really matters. Top that with the fact that you pay taxes under the threat of fines or imprisonment you are already under their control.
