Found a cool looking bloom while walking a creek bed with my dogs and couldn’t use my tree/plant ID app because no signal in the bottoms. Got home and low and behold if it ain’t a tulip tree, the state tree. Never saw one in bloom and didn’t realize how big they are, sucker must have been 80-100 ft tall. Need to know tree species better.
