Here's the main deal, and this is after listening to bitching for the last hour and a half while drinking bourbon to hold my tongue.
I DO know/have family who are physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and doctors from Knoxville to Lexington. I don't hear about any of the vaccine doomsday crap from anyone except on this forum. They all think the vaccine was the "best option". Yes, true, I have not been affected of ANY vaccine adverse effects. I have no DOUBT than there are some who are affected. I do feel for those people. But like I've said before, there are people dying from the flu vaccine every year.
The problem I have is that some just want to have something to bitch about. I'm just contrary enough to give them shit.
COVID vaccine has done nothing to me or many many people I know other than a sniffle and PROBABLY that's because everyone I know, and they are 99% republicans, have taken the initial vaccine.
I've not taken the Omicron vaccine mainly because I don't see it as a threat.
Will I take another shot? I don't know. But right now I don't see the need.

But I do enjoy the arguments. I don't take offense. No One will have the same opinion. That's just a fact. I realize it but I still like to poke.

After being in the hospital she was referred to a hematologist. She saw him the first thing he told her she was lucky to be alive due to the size of the clots in both lungs. Then he told her she would have to be on blood thinners for at least a year.

He told her not to take any more Covid vaccines.

Same here, after PE and clot in leg the hematologist ran every genetic/blood disorder lab she knew about, all normal. Final diagnosis was blood thinners for life and no more COVID vaccines.

Fortunately my lung clots weren’t too big but scary having a partially collapsed lung and coughing up blood in the shower.
