I miss the days of rat shooting. My wife's uncle worked at a grain mill in Indiana on the river. Spent many a Friday nights catfishing and shooting rats. Good times

set up today at noon for a hour over looking my favorite barn. It took awhile but this one finally leaned out from the horizontal board and offered up a shot. Contender in mis match furniture in 256 Win Mag.

This whistle pig has been digging around under the pool deck since last summer. She's been too slick to get killed. Busted me 2 dozen times trying to slip around the house or ease the kitchen window up. Hell she busted me twice this morning, but I figured my lead out the second time. First victim of the little PMR 30. Looks like I might have kilt a litter too. Reckon pups are weaned yet? I haven't seen em out and about.

When I used to dig pet groundhogs out it was around the first of May. I'd say they are venturing out close to the hole by now.
