Yeah I believe hunting can be an almost religious experience….sometimes in the right conditions, but I don’t need Bible verses while I’m watching deer porn.

I think y’all are being a little hard on him. I was excited when I started killing public land deer. Not enough to cry or film, but enough to smile once and show my friends a picture.

Very corny. Everyone thinks they should be on a hunting show these days. Video equipment has gotten so affordable.

I don’t see it as them bashing him. He just needs to understand with “seek-one”, “The hunting public”, “Pinhoti project”, and so forth you can’t put out a hour long video. Those guys consistently put out the top videos in the outdoor YouTube world and they don’t crank out videos over 20-30 minutes ever. No one is going to watch the whole thing unless he is there making them. It was over the top but hey, is what it is. He needs the criticism

I'm starting to lean toward the hunting shows that kill the animal in the first 15 and provide a recipe in the second half. Must be old age setting in but I like to watch the preparation and new cooking ideas.

I get so sick of recipes on hunting videos. If Im going to kill it I ought to already know how to cook it, and no I don’t want to try your French dip, Italian bistro, Mexican fried rice, sautéed Buddhist monk grown herb recipe paired with a fine white wine.

It’s meat. Put it on a fire, shut up and eat it, reload get more. The end.
