You can look at the drawing on YouTube and you’ll receive a letter (a least I did a few years ago).

It should be posted in your profile on there web page , just scroll down to quota draws. At least mine was in 2019

Yes, if not already available, you’ll soon to able to check if you were drawn by accessing “My Profile” on the KDFWR website. There’s always a few days delay between the live drawing and the results being posted.
