what did I do wrong?

I have one original tactacam reveal camera. I got an att reveal xb today. I did everything by the book. I got it to recognize the plan I chose. However, it will not send a test pic. Why not?

Make sure the sd card is formatted. I had a bad sd card that was new.

Do you have the settings so that it will send immediately or do you have it on the twice daily setting?

I've only used a Covert cell cam. Not much help. But with them, you have to set the Send setting correctly.

I wouldn't think so. Call tech support.

Not sure if you did it, but the camera needs to be on and not on the setup option to send a test pic. Try that if you haven’t.

I would try that and also log out and back into the Tactacam App. If that don’t work, call them.

Make sure you are using atleast 16&32g SD cards cl10 u3(faster speed). Others will cause what you getting

Did you long format via laptop? Also format with the camera itself...makes world difference. I have Revel-X gen2
