Me and the wife started digging holes for 50 strawberry plant starts. Went to help a buddy work on his termite damaged subfloor. Tried out the new air fryer with some chicken legs and fries. Piddled and got all the animals fed. That’s about it.

Painting some rental houses in owingsville today. Trying to get my contractors caught up. My mom dad sister and niece are coming in next Monday for a week for a visit. Hopefully get most of my work caught up to visit more.

Rental houses in Owingsville , I sure hope you have better luck than I do. I haven't had a good renter in years . Got one renter that I am getting rid of now. I would like to sell them and get out of that head ache.

After my last divorce somebody could take everything I own and I’d be out like 20 bucks. She might oughta consider a prenup on this one to be honest. If it doesn’t work out I’m getting some ketchup packets or some coat hangers on my way out and would come out ahead from where I’m going in.

My dad had a rental property for years, first thing sold after he passed away. Complete remodel everytime a renter moved out.

I've been remodeling the bathrooms in a mansion, one of which is going to be a steam room. The steam room will be equipped with body jets, shower, handheld, and rain head, plus steam. One Hundred year old, four story homes are an absolute handful to work on.
