Makes you wonder what the bus driver did, if anything.

I'd like to hear if DeSantis has commented on this. I don't see anything from him.
The kids were charged but if you play your cards right on this and let’s say the bus driver had to stop the bus to stop the kids, technically they can cop a charge for every student on that bus they put in harms way. You gotta get the people with the nads to take it on. We had a big ol thug girl who left her seat and pounded on a girl then started threatening the monitor and driver and the driver basically had to brake in the middle of the road then pull to the side. We had an SRO that was a bit of a hothead (which was good in this case) and he charged her 24 times with wanton endangerment. Can’t remember what came of it. Pretty sure parents pulled the kid out and not sure after that.

That video is proof that the obama administrations mantra of "white people bad" is here to stay after a dozen years of brain washing kids in the school system. SAD PART IS: Its mostly white people doing the brain washing. Everyday all across America this is happening, the media does not report it. If you have to go to urban areas or a big city BE VIGILANT.

The only thing that will happen is the kids will be suspended and the "parents" will just move him to another school district which by law has to enroll him. At least that is the way it has been in Kentucky. Delt with this crap for years. If the kid has ANY special needs then you are hamstrung. He is home free and the school district MUST provide everything to meet his needs. This is the reason I retired.

Given the morning I’ve had, the early retirement is sounding better and better. And you aren’t totally wrong except I blame the courts more that the schools on many issues. I’ve seen the courts simply “throw out” some really bad cases. IMO these students see some hard time regardless of age, but they won’t and that’s the issue…not only with schools but our country.

The juveniles in this country receive no Discipline , structure , and aren’t being taught respect , and when they are in juvenile centers ( kid jail) nothing is done to help them society as a whole is failing , we need ass Whoopins at home and in school again , we need to have the death penalty nation wide and carried out in a timely manner , the laws and punishment need to change drastically , kids don’t give a chit anymore , just like adults ya gotta change it all for any of it to work ,

My wife is a juvenile parole officer.
It shameful what the state "can't" do to these POS kids. Any suggestions she has for anything halfway harsh, is shot down immediately.
She has said herself, she pretty much just gets paid to set 10:00 curfews anymore

Yeah even if the girl was doing everything she is accused of….that is an unconscionable overreaction.

It would seem that way, but we must realize that we are seeing only a portion of the incident. I was thinking about all late last night, and I do not believe that I was ever aware of even one fight at our school, which was vast in size with extraordinarily few minorities (like maybe only 5-7 black people, each extremely nice). Meanwhile, my much younger little brothers were subjected to being bussed clear across town to a mostly black Florida school with fights galore. Such was why one took up weight lifting (self defense).
