Jonathan creek outfitters have a good rep. I've not hunted with them but a couple of buddies have.
Salt river outfitters also good rep.

More fun to lease but good way to loose friends. Outfitter is more simple show up, shoot deer, go home

depends on your/the situation if you just wanna get away vs. how often you wanna go? just a ton of different variables involved in leasing vs. outfitter...

I’ve heard a lot of good and some about them. I know they lease a crap ton of land and piss off a lot of locals. They post some nice deer on trail cam

A quick Google search will tell you quite a bit about this person called Tevis. The curse of having a unique name. All of this is probably the same person.
Looks like he is also a horse trainer and part owner of X-stands.

Funny thing is, I had never heard of them until I saw the Red Arrow episode this past fall. Then I googled them to see where they were based when I saw the first post about him on this site. He is a shady character if you look him up on Google and the reviews on WHO.
