I am looking to lease my farm of 200+ acres for 2019 deer season
Price is $5000 for max of three hunters. I want all three to be friends or family.
I have no lodging (Yet) . Can provide a place for a camper .
I do run some cattle on this farm .
After leasing I may put up two of the Rural King tripod stands.
This is where I always hunted and am looking to lease it out . I will not hunt once the farm is leased.
I will offer long term lease and you would have first chance for leasing next year.
You can hang stand if you like .
I will also be leasing separately for next spring turkey season.
You must sign a waiver and provide your own liability insurance.
A ATV would be needed as it is over a mile to the back of my farm where the hunting is best.
I may be high on my price but I am giving up my personal hunting ground.
I will gladly show my farm at anytime.
Send me a PM id interested.

Pendleton and Campbell County Ky
For anyone that can afford it but is skeptical on the price or “on the fence”... i suggest seeing the place and meeting the landowner before deciding to pass. The property itself is way better than i would have imagined and you are going to be dealing with a land owner that is great to work with and understands what a hunter is looking for in a lease arrangement.

Also, A lot of us cannot afford it, including me right now. Please don’t waste the man’s time or sabotage his post if this is not for you. I hope the landowner gets what he’s looking for and i hope the property ends up exceeding the expectations of the people that lease it.

D

did you put it on any kentucky hunting facebook pages?
No I am not a facebook person . My wife has a facebook account but I don't
I look on the bright side , If I don't lease then I have a place to hunt

Seems like everyone is more interested in Turkey hunting than deer. I will deal with turkey hunting when it gets closer to spring

Did you just decide to not hunt this year?

Just looking to make some needed cash.
Bills , bills and more bills and farming has not been so kind to me the past few years .Wife's health problems , you name it ,it can go wrong.
I have another spot on another small farm of mine that I can hunt . It is not the best spot but it is hunt able and have seen several good deer there.

Do you have pics or trail cameras running on this farm
I have a old camera that I set up and it did not take any pictures, can't afford new ones right now . The camera worked ok at home and I took it back on the farm , waited a week to only find out it took no pictures at all. We had always hunted and did not care to know what was in there before hunting season . This was the only place we hunted and what was here is what we hunted and hope for a good size deer .
We don't have big herds of deer like some places do . There was two killed on neighboring farms that I heard one was 165" and another 175"
We did, see them about a month before rifle season and my son said I was crazy for thinking about leasing.

I set up my camera again this morning at my silage pile to catch some turkey pictures . We was working close by keeping the turkeys away. They will show up anytime an I hope to get some pic's if this camera will work.
